    Working out is only half of the equation, ultimately creating a customized healthy eating plan and lifestyle will help you achieve the progress you desire and decrease the time it takes to reach your fitness goal.

    If your goals are low to moderate in difficulty to achieve, then the consistency of your lifestyle will need to be at that level as well.   The consistency of your lifestyle centers around your training, your diet and the amount of rest you give your body.  

    The higher the goal, the more committed one must be to the lifestyle to achieve the desired end result. 

    You the client tell us what level of change you want, and we will make sure that your training and your dietary guidelines meet that goal.  Your job is to follow the recommendations with consistency.

  • One on one consultation:

We can help you eat healthier and love it.  How many times per day should you eat?  What are proper portion sizes?  What is all the hype about carbs?  What is the glycemic index, and how can you distinguish between "good" and "bad" carbs?  Is it OK to eat at night?   The answers to these and all of your other questions are only a consultation away! 

  • Initial Three Day Diet Analysis to include detailed follow-up & modification as needed:
We give you a log into which you write down everything you eat or drink.  Then we compute how many total calories you consumed, along with a breakdown of the following categories:  
  • Carbohydrates 
  • Fats 
  • Proteins 
  • Individualized Meal Plan:

Based on your goals, we will design a comprehensive customized meal plan with complete balanced nutrition at the correct level of calories and from real healthful foods.
