Your customized Meal Plan is designed around specific, strategic foods that are not only healthy in nature but are foods that you LIKE -
you pick the foods you like and I design your customized plan around these foods and your fitness goals!
  •  You will receive 4 customized Meal Plans
  • Suggested Broad scope Workout Plan which is based off of your goals

One on One Customized Meal Planning - $199:

- Three 30 minute one on one (in person) consultations to discuss action plan and evaluate progress (for 3 consecutive months).
- Measurements
- Pictures
- Body fat testing
- Evaulate progress and determine if we need to change meal and exercise plan strategies.
 

On-line Customized Meal Planning - $99:

- Weekly updates for 3 consecutive months.

- Online consultation via email to discuss action plan and evaluate progress
- Picture evaluations
- Evaulate progress and determine if we need to change meal and exercise plan strategies.

 
CUSTOMIZED TRAINING PROGRAM:

On-line consultation Personal Training/Nutrition Program Package:

Includes the customized week to week training program (does not include one-on-one personal training) and dietary consultation: Contact Andrea at Andiethiel@aol.com for rates which are based on length of program.

On-line consulting will be conducted via e-mail and will include the following:

  • Week to week training program which will include the exercises to be performed and the accompanying workload (bar weight and bar volume parameters).
  • Diet
  • Supplementation program
